I found this tool perfectly worthless. I was looking for just what this appears to be, a well machined micro drill. I am familiar enough with tools that I knew what to expect. And I was and am willing to pay for a small precision tool that this pretends to be. What I found was that this was unbelievably poorly made. It was so poorly made that when I put a very small bit in it, the bit wobbled so much that I gave up and did the job by putting the bit in clamping pliers and forcing a bore hole by hand. Even to the naked eye, when I put a bit in the tool and simply looked at the bit to chuck alignment the bit was remarkably crooked. I cannot imagine any functional use for this object.
