Maxime Zecchini's anthology of works for the left hand - the first one ever realized - is inspired by the many works written for Paul Wittgenstein, a well-known Austrian pianist who lost his right arm during World War One. Composed of five volumes, this anthology enables us to discover, or rediscover, whole sections of the piano repertoire, whose extent and wealth still remain little known. This project is supported by the French Mission du Centenaire de la Premiere Guerre mondiale.
