I bought these to replace the replacement set I purchased a month ago. I liked the look of those, but definitely thought the fit on the top of the crutch was very tight and it tore a little trying to get it on. I decided to try these because they looked more cloth like. I wasn't so concerned with the amount of padding so much as I was wanting a set that would not split after a few uses. I read a review that said it was difficult to fit to the crutch. I had no such problem. They are a perfect fit and I like the look of them. Wish I'd bought these the first time I saw them instead of wasting my money of the previous set. Although I am glad to have the new tip and brace from that original set, so it wasn't a complete loss. This set is nice and soft, didn't tear on first use and I expect to get great use from them. Recommend. Plus the price was really affordable.
