Really I wish someone made swim paddles for your hands that are much bigger than this, but these where about the biggest I could find. The straps keep coming undone. And I guess I should have expected it, but all these holes in the paddles defeats the entire purpose of using hand paddles to swim. I guess I made the mistake of trusting that the people who designed these knew what they were doing, but I've learned from buying a whole lot of other swimming gear on Amazon that this sadly isn't the case.
